About Me

I am Marco Martinez Swoboda, a digital media specialist with a strong foundation in pedagogy and a lifelong passion for technology.

During my pedagogy studies, I worked for three years in Austria as a childcare educator (Hortpädagoge), first leading an inclusive group with children with special needs and later a larger group, which sharpened my skills in inclusive and creative learning design.

Alongside my studies, I kept exploring technology and AI on my own. I love testing new media tools and building hands-on skills. In various projects I have worked as a videographer, camera assistant, and technical support, which taught me to move comfortably between concept, production, and troubleshooting. I enjoy translating ideas into clear visuals and reliable workflows.

I bring more than ten years of experience in social media. Most recently I worked in social media management at the Bundesarbeits-gemeinschaft für Rehabilitation (BAR), where I turned a personal passion into a professional role. In addition to content work, I piloted and quality tested digital tools such as the “Reha-Navigator,” reported issues, and contributed to usability improvements. I edited interview footage, produced short form videos, and created my own design assets for campaigns. Strategy, storytelling, analytics, and hands on production are part of my daily toolkit.

Today I combine pedagogy, creativity, and digital media expertise to deliver work that is both thoughtful and practical. I am especially interested in how AI-driven tools open new possibilities for media design and accessibility. Whether I am planning a content strategy, producing video, or refining a format, my goal is simple: make ideas understandable, useful, and compelling for the people who need them.
